This year Marintec China runs from November 29th to December 2nd at Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
China Experience is ready to meet your traveling needs. We have selected three good hotels based on location, comfort and price. In addition we can book your flight tickets and arrange airport transfer service.
Experience shows that different clients have different needs. This is the reason why we do not provide a fixed itinerary for Marintec 2011. Instead will be pleased to make a tailored program matching your needs.
If you have any special requests, like excursions in Shanghai or travels to other parts of China, this can be arranged as well.

Reservation deadline
Reservations are handled on a first-serve basis and available while stocks last.
Terms of payment
Deposit on 25% of the total amount is paid at reservation. The remainder of the payment must be made no later than November 10th 2011.
Please let us know if you wish to pay from a Chinese subsidiary and we will issue the invoice from our Shanghai based company.
Passport, name and visa
Entering China requires a valid visa. Please contact the Chinese embassy get a valid visa prior to your travels.
It is important to notice that the name stated in the reservation form must be identical to the name in the travelers passport.
Travel insurance
China Experience recommends that you buy a travel insurance that covers all expenses in case of illness on your travels.
Cancellation insurance
It is possible to buy cancellation insurance at the time of reservation. The insurance covers acute and urgent illness with the traveler and nearest family. Entries must be proven by a doctor’s note.
The price of cancellation insurance is 6% of the total price for the travel.
Terms and conditions
Taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to change.
In case of name change or other changes after the ticket is issued the airline companies charge a fee.
Exchange rates are subject to change.
