Visa
Visa is required to enter China. China Experience will alert all participants with the required procedure. An online form need to be submitted and China Experience Ltd in Shanghai will issue an invitation letter for all participants for your easy visa process.

Booking, payment & cancellation
A deposit of EUR 1.000 / DKK 7.500,- is due on reservation.
Final Payment is due Feb. 20. 2024.
Cancellation before Feb. 20.: A fee of EUR 1.000,- / DKK 7500,- will apply. All other payments will be refunded.
Cancellation after Feb. 20: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation after Mar. 20: 20% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation made after April 1st: No refund.
