Project Manager

Shanghai, China | Full-time | English required

This is a dual-track role at the intersection of sales and project delivery. You will be based in Shanghai, but work directly alongside our sales team to help convert high-value client engagements, and then own the execution of those programmes from contract to close.

As a part is the sale process, you support; structure proposals, prepare pitch materials, and help our sales team walk clients through what a tailored programme looks like for their specific goals.

After the sale, the project is yours. You become the primary point of contact for the client and the internal coordinator who makes sure every element, from company visits and insight, logistics, bookings, scheduling, invoicing, and communication, making sure it all lands on time and to our standard. You will work closely with our Shanghai-based Operations Manager to get it done.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable in a client-facing conversation and a detailed project tracker.

You will be the person who makes sure our digital platform works seamlessly, both visually and operationally. You will work closely with our content and sales team, combining visual creation with smart digital setups.

This role suits a digital generalist who enjoys a varied everyday life. You don't need to be a coder, but you need to love making systems talk together using modern low-code tools.
